Craig Carlson has extensive financial and development experience with growth oriented companies in the US and internationally. He advises entrepreneurial firms in strategic planning and development. His clients come from the entertainment, real estate, software, food & beverage and retail industries and do business in the US, Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
Craig was previously the Head of Development for Wave House Holdings – a surf lifestyle entertainment multi-venue concept. In this role, he was responsible for negotiating major joint venture development deals in Chile, Singapore and the UK.
Formerly, Craig was Vice President of Corporate Development for Superus Holdings, a public holding company, where he provided financial, strategic and operational guidance to subsidiaries in the US and Latin America.
Before joining Superus, Craig was an Executive Producer at Tickets.com, a public on-line ticketing company acquired by Major League Baseball. Craig was an early hire with the company and participated in multiple venture financing rounds and an IPO during his tenure. He also started, raised capital for and managed a multi-venue entertainment company in South America.
Craig graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Santa Clara University and has an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
